Yes, our company takes any complaint, however small, very seriously. In such a case, you can either call 22311100 and ask to speak to the Director, Mr Andreas Maltezos, or send an email which, after investigation of your complaint, we will reply to as soon as possible.
Our company takes legislation governing personal data protection very seriously. We have a designated personal data officer in the company who examines all complaints. In the event that you are not satisfied with the person in charge of personal data, you can make a complaint to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection via telephone on 22818456 or email commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy.
